The rooms were lovely, clean, beautifully decorated and huge! It also had all accessories you could hope for towels, toiletries, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffe making facilities. There was also extra pillows in the room if you needed them. The air conditioning worked really well and this helped in the summer heat we have been experiencing. We also called on the morning of our stay and asked about a possible early check. in. The manager (sorry I didn’t get his name) said he would ask housekeeping to clean our room ASAP and we could have this from 11am that day. This was a great help as we had a weeding to attend nearby. we were then able to check in and fish off getting ready. All staff we dealt with were polite and friendly. Parking was a 5 min walk away, which was fine. The hotel is also 3 min walk from Surbiton station. I When we returned from wedding on the evening the bar was busy but once on our room we could not hear any noise. Breakfast was served in the bar the lovely day and was continental. There was a lovely selection of pastries, bread, bagels, muffins, as well as cheese, meats and salmon. cereal was available too and a lovely yoghurt/oat/compote. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay again if we needed a hotel in the area.

It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room itself was roughly the size of my flat! Lovely and spacious, comfy bed with a choice of firm and soft pillows. It had a bath and shower with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap, several towels and a non-slip bath mat. There was a coffee machine as well as the usual sachets, which is standard, but as someone who doesn’t like tea or coffee I was very pleasantly surprised to see a sachet of hot chocolate too! I don’t think I’ve ever had that choice in a hotel before! I was staying in a room very close to the bar area and was warned about the noise level through the night at check-in, and there was a supply of earplugs in the bathroom which was very considerate of them. Breakfast was included in the price, and the spread was a lovely mixture of help-yourself fruits, toast, juice, croissants, and cereals which was really nice. Staff were lovely, and it’s only a minute walk from Surbiton station, in a very quiet area- right until you get into Kingston town.

The serene and warm atmosphere, excellent reception and check-in, exquisite rooms with all the necessary facilities including iron, iron board, blow dryer, work space of you need it. With elevator to the various floors. The provision of breakfast included in the price was very thoughtful. As well as other services available via phone call. All the necessary information needed to make your stay worthwhile were provided by note cards and handouts. And on top of that, the location is and security is Hotel Bosco’s greatest advantage. The closeness to the central train station in Surbiton, bus stations just a stone throw away, as well as shops, bars and restaurants is just impressive.

Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was great, toiletries were lovely and actually had towels that fitted! Bath and shower were great. Breakfast was fine. Good air con. Extra pillows and bottled water and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Car parking is £7 per day and available until 12 noon on check out day (only a few minutes away). Great location to get in and out of central London. Surbiton station is a couple of minutes away and is on TFL.

The room was much more spacious than I thought it would be and the bathroom was a really good size I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and some toileterys there if you wanted. Everything you need was in the room. Iron, iron board and coffee/tea tray. Staff who I had contact with were extremely lovely. Bed was comfy and spare pillows provided. Very secure with environment. Reception door with buzzer.
